Eric Masip, Albert Ruzafa y Daniel Ruiz (socios los tres)- FanPhone
Name: Eric Masip
How long have you been working on the events?
11 years, the last four running our own company.
Type of events you prefer and why: live, corporate, large events, small events, etc?
We like big events, especially live, be it concerts, musicals, tours, etc. This is where we find the magic of our profession, translated into closing our eyes and letting ourselves be carried away by the music or the illusioned gaze of the audience in front of the "show".
Corporate events are just as demanding or even more so, although perhaps a little colder.
How long have you known Santosom?
A year ago, since the summer of 2018.
Tell us a funny story with flight cases
I don't know if it's funny or not, but the question is that whenever we propose to make some modification in a flight case or even create some (something small to solve a specific issue), the line in the workshop is always the same: "This is very easy!" This usually means in an attempt of flight case..., the result, you can imagine.
How was your relationship with Santosom?
Direct, with clear ideas of our needs and various options to choose from. The result meets professional expectations.
Have you ever needed a special request?
Not that I can remember, although at the same time we are demanding with the general characteristics of the product. If there's one thing we like to ask for, it's that the product is ergonomic, detailed and resistant to peer pressure.
Define Santosom as a company:
We like to think that Santosom provides excellent solutions to professionals in our sector, specifically the audiovisual sector, through quality products and, above all, attention to detail. This translates satisfactorily into projects.
What event did you work on and enjoy most with the Santosom flight cases?
In all of them and daily. The flight cases are an important piece of the infrastructure, if they are well thought out, they make the storage more organized, the transport fluid and above all, that the implantation in the event is more practical, providing the necessary details to optimize time and space.
