Between inspiration and imitation: the difference that Santosom makes.
At Santosom, we believe that inspiration is natural and even healthy. When a company launches a new path, it is normal for others to look at it and think: “Good idea!” It is part of the evolution of markets.
The problem arises when inspiration ceases to be inspiration and becomes... “Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V.” And we're not talking about coincidences: we're talking about complete copies, from ideas to photographs. We've seen our products presented by brands that even confuse the name... as if “Samsung” were synonymous with Santosom. Sad, isn't it?

Santosom, on the other hand, has built a true school of innovation over its 25-year history (and 40 years of family experience). From the audiovisual market—our main focus—to the creation of registered solutions, patents, and continuous improvements, we work side by side with customers to create real mobility, protection, and usability. We don't just make flight cases; we create solutions that make sense in the warehouse, in cargo, on the road, and at events.
So yes, we are flattered when we serve as a reference. It means we are on the right track. But copying for the sake of copying, chasing for the sake of chasing... that is unprofessional, ugly, and adds nothing to the market. And it's not just us saying this: it's our customers, who understand who innovates and who just tries to keep up.
After all, innovation requires vision, hard work, and courage. Copying? That's easy. But being Santosom... that can't be copied.
