Frederico Santos- Técnico de Som - New Audiovisuais

Name:
Frederico Santos
How long have you worked as an event technician?
For 16 years.  I was still a young man!
What kind of events do you prefer and why: live, corporate, big events, small events, etc..?
What fascinates me the most is the challenge and the responsibility of any kind of event, be it live, corporate, small or big. It is obvious that "big" events are always more challenging.
For several years, as a freelancer what I liked to do most was live, bands, tours, artists. But when I discovered the corporate I was fascinated by the responsibility of events that until then I was completely unaware of. But the "rock bug" is still here!
How long have you known Santosom?
I've known Santosom since I started in the audiovisual industry, back in 2002 or so.
Tell us a funny story with flight cases.
Funny stories with flight cases I have several. But the one that struck me the most was that I fell asleep just off the lid of a sound table and my colleagues picked me up and left me in the middle of the venue. When I woke up it still took me a few seconds to realize what had happened to me!
How has your relationship with Santosom been?
My relationship with Santosom has always been and is fantastic. From the operational part, the administrative and commercial part. They are an excellent team. Besides being a client ( very satisfied ) I feel like a friend of the house.
Have you ever needed a special request?
Yes, I've already had some less common requests but I've always had an excellent receptivity from the Santosom team that has always shown great professionalism and commitment to reach what are the best solutions.
Define Santosom as a company:
Santosom is a partner that helps us and facilitates our work because it has always bet on the development and innovation of flight cases. Without them our lives would be much more complicated.
What event did you work at and most enjoy Santosom's flight cases?
Every day I work I admire flight cases because they make our work much easier. Once I was called crazy because I used all the empty cases I had to make the scenery for the concert of a band I worked with. The truth is that the final result was fantastic.
